At the heart of the studio's philosophy is a simple idea: design for timelessness, not trends. The work draws on European sensibilities and architecture - proportion, symmetry, and honest materials - and tempers them with a laid-back Californian ease. The result is a balance where heritage and contemporary elements sit together, rather than in opposition, in every space Katie creates.
Natural, high-quality materials are central to her approach. That same old-world-meets-new-world thread carries through every project, grounding each home in craftsmanship and character, regardless of where in the world it sits.
