British by birth, Kathryn splits her time between Santa Monica, CA and her farm in southern France. She is renowned for her signature bohemian style, incorporating her English country accents and California style in all her interior, textile and furniture designs.
Kathryn's many accomplishments include starring in Million Dollar Decorators and ITV's Design Wars, working with notable clients including Steve Martin, Drew Barrymore, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and David Mamet, having her work featured in publications like Architectural Digest, House & Garden, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, Veranda, Coastal Living & World of Interiors, and authoring six best-selling books.
Kathryn has been named one of Elle Decor’s A-List Designers, one of Hollywood Reporter’s top 25 interior designers in Hollywood, Architectural Digest’s 20 Most Famous Interior Designers Working Today. Kathryn is also the founder of The Perfect Room; a platform that features some of Kathryn's most famous rooms made shoppable, and with a cast of well-known interior designer consultants that lend their curated picks to the site.
