Ross Iannatti (b.1988) is a New York- based painter and sculptor best known for his utilization of salvaged industrial materials. In one body of work titled Hysteresis, he recovered airbags from cars at a nearby wreckage yard before sewing them together. Across his works he often explores the perception of tangible, but unfamiliar, objects. E.C.E no. 35 is an opulent exploration with brass and less-used ferric chloride.
