Jake Arnold

Jake Arnold recommends:

‘We put tons of time into the selection of fabrics, the labor of the upholstery, the restructuring of the insides…The difference is in all those details that you don’t see to get it up to the best standard it can be, to make it feel like it’s been taken care of, and to give it a fresh perspective.’

Details & Dimensions

This low sofa with a sleek profile was designed by Erik Wörtz for the Swedish retailer IKEA in the 1960s. While its frame is crafted in teak, its cushions have been reanimated in sumptuous, bi-color velvet fabrics by Rose Uniacke, using Raw Umber for the back pads, and Cobnut for the seats.
