Canoa Lab is a contemporary ceramics studio based in Valencia, Spain. Founders Raquel Vidal & Pedro Paz handcraft every item in their studio, using stoneware with grog from nearby Manises. The Lekytho Vessel is the result of a profound analysis of the different types of vases found in the Mediterranean basin, especially from Ancient Greece and Rome. It is created using a press-mold technique, and finished with a self-formulated glaze, resulting in slight variations with each piece. Please note that this item is not watertight.
