Like chess pieces dotted across a board, there’s no end to the uses for Anna Karlin’s display-worthy yet practical stools. They can be used as occasional seats in the living room (where they’ll provide an ice-breaker for aesthetically-minded guests), whilst simultaneously serving as side tables or plinths. Wood and parchment stools are hand-turned, finished, and sealed with water-resistant lacquer. Sold singularly in a variety of woods including ash, ebonized oak, white oak and walnut, they are intended to work as a series or alone.
