This geometric fabric takes its name from fotabands—the decorative tie used for securing skirts below the knee when riding side-saddle. William Morris brought back his own collection from his expedition to Iceland in 1871 and was inspired to produce this in muted Nordic-inspired colorways. Suitable for blinds, drapes, and upholstery.
