Chen Obogado is an anonymous, occasionally collective, practice that has been exploring methods of abstraction and process-based art production since 2011. The Chen practice originates between locations, experimenting with tools and materials from diverse localities to interrogate the mechanisms of production native to these sites. The abstract Untitled is made using Sumi ink, a Japanese calligraphy ink.
