Tiziano Martini (b.1983) is a German painter living in Italy who leans into an unplanned process, preferring to be led by the painting, thus leaving him to do whatever it appears to demand. Through this process he creates distinct work abundant with colors, layers, and textures, and in the case of Untitled, features dirt from the studio floor.
