Lauren Nelson Design is a full service design studio dedicated to creating well-considered, inviting and timeless interiors. Lauren's focus is on whole home design, often collaborating with architects, contractors, and homeowners to reimagine existing homes, or build new ones from the ground up. With quality and craftsmanship at the forefront of her design ethos, Lauren incorporates handmade, natural materials whenever possible. Form and function play equally important roles, from concept to completion.
Early in Lauren’s career, she was recognized as a Next Wave Designer by House Beautiful magazine, and later selected to design The Sunset Magazine Idea House in 2018. Her studio’s work has been featured in Vogue Living, Architectural Digest, New York Times, Elle Decor, and Domino, among others.
Lauren Nelson Design is based in the Bay Area, but accepts projects nationwide and beyond.
