Complex yet simple, Kyoto is inspired by the form of ancient Japanese and Chinese vases. It is designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl as a cross of four imposing walls, lifting an oval-shaped sphere to reveal a circular opening in the center. Crafted in lightweight fiber concrete and hand-glazed, please note this vase is not entirely waterproof, so a bag for fresh flowers is included.
