Darren Goins (b.1984) is a Los Angeles-based artist exploring the overlap of multiple mediums such as traditional painting, printmaking, sculpture, and digital technology. Despite his technological process, his works are often described as organic because of their physicality and engagement with other natural materials. 127r exemplifies his signature overlap in mediums, creating a unique, liminal space that is not quite human but not yet digital.
